In response to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Anishnawbe Mushkiki must make changes to our programs and services to protect our clients, staff and the communities we serve.
ALL APPOINTMENTS will be by PHONE or VIRTUAL VISIT
PLEASE CALL (807) 623-0383
Your provider may determine they need to see you in person and schedule a follow up appointment. This includes our walk-in services. By limiting the number of clients in the centre we are better able to protect you.
Based on Thunder Bay District Health Unit recommendations, if you have travelled outside Northwestern Ontario since October 7, 2020 (Parry Sound to the Manitoba Border including Kenora, ON) please remain at home and self-isolate for symptoms of COVID-19 for seven days following your return. You will be unable to visit the clinic during that time.
Hours have been updated to:
Monday – Friday : 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
We are currently taking virtual appointments for Mental Health, Footcare, Diabetes Management, Nutrition, Traditional Wellness and Primary Care or Walk-In.
