Virtual Chair Fitness Class
When: 10:30 am - 11:30 am
This program features an inclusive chair fitness workout! Can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all fitness levels. Workouts will be 25-30 minutes in length and focus on strength training, stretching and light cardio.
