Senior Movers (Self-Paced)

These programs provide seniors 60+ and adults weekday Day access to the Canada Games Complex.
Participants keep track of and report their weekly activity minutes for a chance to win a monthly prize.
Space is limited.  Covid-19 restrictions apply.
